Great! It was updated, clean, with nice beds and bedding. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Coffee pop machine and ice in the lobby. Minimal amenities but so affordable. Don't let the exterior deter you. Good location on Hwy 400. Augusta feels like a safe little town close to Wichita. Staff was Great! The same young man answered my call, checked me in, assisted with the TV, checked me out and cleaned my room. 😃 Chinese buffet down the street and Antique Mall👌 I'll make more trips.

Sometimes I prefer a reasonable motel versus a high end hotel with a lot of hooplas that I don't need. This room had a comfortable king bed, big screen with a lot of channels to choose from, clean, well lit outside with security cameras. My other friends stayed in a more expensive hotel and encountered some problems there so I was quite happy with my stayover here.

I have stayed here before and will again next time I am traveling near Wichita. For me you can't beat the price and location being close enough to Wichita, Andover, Towanda, and Eldorado with nearby highways or higher speed travel roads. The staff was friendly enough and addressed any issue I had which wasn't an issue with the hotel but my ability to operate the tv. It was as clean as my last visit meeting my expectations. They even filled my special request best they could on short notice. There's a Walmart directly across the street which is super convenient as I am always forgetting something or wanting something. My quiet room request was perfect. I traveled this time without my dog but have traveled with him in the past and this is ideal for him, potty breaks, etc... as well.

Comfortable bed. Clean. Seems to be going downhill. I've stayed here several times while on business over the past couple years. Looks like I might have to go across the street and pay a few more bucks. I've had to switch rooms a few times for various reasons. Dogs barking left unattended in the room.. A C. not working. Hot water issues ect .. not every time but it's been a few. Owner really doesn't care. His son does and is the one to deal with if you can. Haven't seen him last couple of stays

Everything about this motel was 100% perfect!! Staff was awesome, room was awesome, bed was very comfortable. We stayed two nights and room service came in, replaced towels and soap, and emptied trash....excellent job!! Inside front entry and hallways were spotless. Vending machines have a good selection. Motel does not provide shampoo or conditioner...but we knew this before we arrived, it is available in the vending machines.

For years I stayed at the same location in nearby city when traveling to the area, happy I ventured out and tried this location. This will be where I return again and again. It matters none that they do not provide breakfast. There's a Scooter's within walking distance. The room smelled exceptionally clean when we walked in and was. They not only permitted my large breed dog(105 pounds), but there was also not an additional fee for pets. There is a large grass area across parking lot to walk your dog. The convenience of Walmart directly across the street. You're located near a main road leading to Wichita, Augusta, ElDorado, Towanda, etc... The gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant to visit with. This price with the accommodations, cleanliness, friendliness and location are ideal. Thank you, we look forward to our return.

Beds are super comfy. Price is goof. Walmart across the street. Restaurants next door also. Coffee shop close act...No coffee pot but has a mini fridge and microwave.
